[AusNOG] Favourite USB to serial adapter cable

Second the USA-19HS, however if you're using Windows keep in mind that the
drivers are NOT in Windows by default, nor downloadable from Windows Update.

The last two times I've needed to download the drivers since they moved
over to the Tripplite website (who acquired Keyspan several years ago) the
website was either undergoing maintenance or broken, so I couldn't get the
drivers...

That said, it's up now, and the download does appear to work.
