[AusNOG] Telstra outage?

The discussion I was having today with some colleagues was around the week rollover of GPS – 1024 weeks = 19.6 years – exactly where the time went back to (2006).
Unpatched NTP master perhaps?
Will be interesting to see the RCA if one is ever published.
