If it was FTTC I'd guess what used to happen here where the power
sharing seems to not work great and always resets whenever my neighbour
bounces their NTD (took _ages_ to figure out this was happening).
3PM is an odd time though, if it shifts with the seasons or DST I'd be
very suspicious of the cabinet being in direct sun and just barely
overheating.
You'd hope NBN would have looked to see if it really is just you or
everyone on that DSLAM though.
