RFC 9116/security.txt is for reporting vulnerabilities rather than
network abuse.

The other sources of network abuse contact information I have consulted include:
- https://www.first.org/members/map#country:AU
- https://www.apnic.net/manage-ip/using-whois/abuse-and-spamming/reporting-abuse-and-spam/
- https://abusix.com/contact-db/

TPG are yet to acknowledge receipt of the network abuse report or
reach out for further information.
