[AusNOG] Telstra Business/Enterprise Migration

Unfortunately I've had the same experience recently. (Only last week)

Migrating services on to a business account resulted in loss of service for
the SIM cards for almost a week. With little to zero help from Call center
and Telstra store staff. (One service was an Emergency services number)
I was eventually told by the staff, the only way to get this resolved
sooner is to lodge a TIO complaint.

The last 12 Months, I dont know what's changed, But their customer service
is little to none, with totally clueless staff that use stalling tactics to
delay the cases so they meet their KPI's and dont have to deal with you.
