[AusNOG] Telstra Business/Enterprise Migration

Hello all,

We are attempting to have an account with about 250 services (70/30 mobiles to data) migrated from Telstra Business to Enterprise, given the size of the account. Reaching out to Telstra through their normal channels yields little help, as the Business team refers us to Enterprise yet they tell us we need to speak to Business as we are a Business customer.

If there is anyone on-list that could possibly help with this change and could reach out to me off-list (even if you have a contact for an Enterprise account manager that we can start a conversation with) it'd be much appreciated.
