APNIC services folk have experience dealing with geolocation errors, through various providers, so I’ve pinged them on your behalf.

If you have more info, like the geoloc provider that’s being used, please could you share that?

In the past, the front-of-house support has been extremely helpful and resolved a GEO IP issue very quickly.  Unfortunately, this is no longer the case.

If anyone is on the list from Streammotion/Foxtel or knows someone directly can you please reach out to me so we can resolve this issue.
