[AusNOG] Cisco Compatible SFP's

Flex all the way.
I have had 3 failed Flex Optix this year warranty was super simple Codecom
had me a replacement the next day.

I have lost count of the amount of fs optics I have had fail and every
single time warranty is long and painful, Due to when the optic is out of
their time frame for direct swaps they ship them to China for repairs which
I have been told by fs the expected time frame is a few months.
