[AusNOG] AusNOG 2023 Accommodation booking

I know multiple people, myself included, who are deliberately choosing to
stay elsewhere due to the impracticality of the venue with relevance to the
usual evening social activities that intertwine the conference itself each
year.

I also know of delegates who are, like many do, leveraging the conference
as an opportunity to take the wife/kids somewhere new-- they're not going
to win any brownie points putting them in front of the dolphins for a week
straight.

The resort being used as overflow accomodation for hospital care also
doesn't help matters.
