[AusNOG] Small acoustically isolated racks

We use those racks in our office space, I've lovingly nicknamed it "the
cheese board" since you could literally build a charcuterie board on it.

Some of them however, if they don't have good air flow you hear fans go
into "A380 take off mode". (aka Loud!)
