[AusNOG] Houston Texas Datacenter - Any Recommendations

Hey Guys

With the all the weather events in Houston and our office moving end of the year I have been asked to work on moving our server from the office there to a datacenter
Only problem is I have no idea what is good and what isn't

Ideally would be looking for

½ Rack Lockable
2KW Power
200mbit Internet with 8 IP Addresses

Does anyone have any suggestions?
