[AusNOG] Fwd: IAA Disaster Coordination - support for members and community affected by the fires

Thanks Nathan,

While the South and Eastern states are burning, Broome has just been put 
on Cyclone Watch, anticipated to only reach cat 1, but cyclones are 
unpredictable, just like some fires and just like some humans.

I have my portable gear ready and although technically against operating 
protocol, if required I'll do the same as I have done up here during 
previous situations and provide comms when all other regular systems are 
down.

If it helps SES/FESA/Police etc to help our community, then I do it.
