[AusNOG] Hotmail / Outlook Issues on Telstra

Hi Lachlan,
I've tested account.live.com from all Bigpond and TID resolvers and it's
resolving okay
It's resolving to various akadns.net addresses which is assume is the
nearest akamai pop.
I'll reach for more information.
