[AusNOG] Network Atlas (was Re: AUSNOG)

Sorry i am finally catching up, https://dev.networkatlas.org has now all
links updated.

We've cleaned up all the reported issues privately and publicly. I just
wanted to circle back and let everyone know... should you notice any issues
please feel free to click the "report issue" on the website.
