[AusNOG] Voice payload issues Voucs Queenland

Good Afternoon

We have a ticket in the system with Vocus as we have a fair few customers with payload issues. It's not pin pointed to one carrier type e.g. iiNet, Telstra, TPG, AAPT. Sounds like really bad jitter upstream of the SBC's more within the carriers network. We have been told it's a Telstra linking issue. Its been going on for a week now many customers affected and starting to get very upset.
