Have a look at table 2 here for the 7301 (700-MHz integrated processor)...

And as a reference point, the 3845 uses a Broadcom BCM1125H CPU, which is clocked around 600MHz, so you'd be looking at around 600 or slightly higher.

I'm trying to work out the CPU power of two different Cisco router models for a customer project/redesign that we are trying to work out
Which router would have more grunt to route IP traffic?
Cisco 7301
Or
Cisco 3945E
Is there anywhere to get some performance numbers from Cisco to compare the two? My Google-fu is letting me down here.
