[AusNOG] MNF/VHA number porting issues

Hi,

Apologies for the noise.

Might there be someone on the list from Vodafone or MyNetFone who can
assist with an issue porting a number out of MyNetFone to Vodafone.

MNF are saying there shouldn't be any issue, but the request keeps failing
when attempted by VHA.
