Hi Russell,

So that’s showing it’s the destination they are tracing too, that third last hop visible that you mentioned is a Telstra Internet CE interface or a Transit service or similar.

They should contact the end user who looks to be the Internet Association of Australia possibly or at least Joe or Tim may be able to help you figure out why/how.

​That looks like the CE address of a TID service. Are you sure the issue is not something on the customer side of the link?

Having some issues with packet drops starting at   wes2260191.lnk.telstra.net<http://wes2260191.lnk.telstra.net> [139.130.102.246]   confirmed from a couple of connection i have
Nothing on Telstra status pages that i can see and causing some connection issues between sites.
Anyone aware of these issues?
