[AusNOG] Business customer smashing their "unlimited" MBE 20/20Mbps internet service

Surely the service contract outlined the conditions that would breach fair
use?

If I found a nice price point 20/20 unlimited service to sync offsite
backups or something else data hungry, as a customer I'd class that as fair
use of the service.
