[AusNOG] Telstra mobile outages?

Hi Ross,

This was a planned upgrade on 1.129.0.0/16 range , not something that went
bump in the night.
1.144.0.0/16 was not upgraded so not impacted.

I'll contact you directly for more detail and get it in front of the right
people.

If anyone else is impacted, I would love to know too....
