[AusNOG] Recommendations for reliable LTE devices

The Sierra 7304 didn't do 700mhz last time I checked, it's the same card
inside the Cisco LTE routers.
If maximum uptime in Australia is your goal it will help to have a 4G
device that uses that frequency, especially since not everyone else has a
compatible UE yet.
