[AusNOG] Recommendations for network status pages

Hi James,

I *highly* recommend https://cachethq.io[1]

It's essentially an open source alternative to statuspage.io and it's
written by some great developers (headed up by another James actually!)
so don't be put off by the fact that it's PHP too quickly.
