[AusNOG] PIPE issues around Melbourne?

Took long enough for them to get a tech on-site to check their kit.
Interestingly we had a third circuit go down at the same site this morning
but this was an Optus circuit. Anyone know of any road work or construction
going on around 250 William Street, Melb?
