[AusNOG] Call routing issues from Telstra network only

Hi Ben,

Their was a recent thread in the last few weeks on this same topic and the only thing you can do is escalate through your SIP provider to raise this upstream until it gets to Telstra.

This is not an uncommon issue and you should expect anywhere from 24 to 72 hours for a resolution.

Sorry to post about only a few services on the network operators group list but we’re stuck here.
We have a handful of numbers that will not route from the Telstra network to our SIP provider.
Optus, Vodafone, anyone else, can call these numbers but just not the Telstra network.

Looking for a contact or advice on how best to get this one resolved.
