[AusNOG] Call routing issues from Telstra network only

Hi Guys,
Sorry to post about only a few services on the network operators group list but we're stuck here.
We have a handful of numbers that will not route from the Telstra network to our SIP provider.
Optus, Vodafone, anyone else, can call these numbers but just not the Telstra network.

Looking for a contact or advice on how best to get this one resolved.
