Hi All,

Can anyone provide any recommendations around sip providers in The
Philippines? We're getting service providers that say they're local
but investigation turns up there in mid-west of the US. Ideally we're
looking for an SP that can provide a dedicated tail for this or an RTT
< 100ms.

This is largely calls for the domestic market but some international.
Bonus points if they happen to peer with pldt.
