Can anyone provide any recommendations around sip providers in The<br>
Philippines? We're getting service providers that say they're local<br>
but investigation turns up there in mid-west of the US. Ideally we're<br>
looking for an SP that can provide a dedicated tail for this or an RTT<br>
< 100ms.<br>
<br>
This is largely calls for the domestic market but some international.<br>
Bonus points if they happen to peer with pldt.<br>
