[AusNOG] ADSL SLA Reference Material Required

Just my 2c, SLAs without consequences are meaningless. For instance, a 99%
SLA, with a pro rata rebate in case of failure is not as good as it sounds.
Under those terms, a 99% SLA is perfectly achievable, even if it is
consumer ADSL.
