Like every other region it's charging 19c/GB for data to Australia, even 
though it's in Australia. And 19c/GB for data to the rest of the world 
(except China) vs 12c/GB from most other locations. While you do get a 
discount for higher transfer rates, the Australia tax gets proportionally 
worse to nearly double the price - 8c/GB for non-Australia/China traffic 
in other regions vs 15c/GB for traffic to Australia.
