[AusNOG] Vyos - OSPF Flapping

Happy new year to everyone!!!
I have an odd issue with a vyos deployment running OSPF, for some reason the OSPF instance keeps flapping and by flapping it drops all routes then goes through with the SFP process this happens every 1-2 times an hour on both physical links facing the network we have about 4 other peers in the area and they run without any issues however they are cisco routers and not a vyos instance.
I have deployed and management vyos routers for over a couple of years now first time every running into an issue like this.
I have checked IGMP flooding I understand OSPF does not join a multicast group this feature is currently disabled on layer 2 has not made any difference.
Anyone else come across this problem? I've run out of ideas!
.199 is the virtual vyos router (loopback interface)
.70 And .102 is the physically connected interfaces on the virtual firewall
The rest are ip addresses of the neighbouring routers that are part of the same ospf area.
Any feedback would be great. Please relay back offline don't want to flood the list with a massive email chain.
