[AusNOG] Telstra packet loss

Hi All,

Is anyone experiencing issues with Telstra fibre in the Hawthorn Victoria area. Getting average of 50% packet loss and over 400ms ping to several IP's. I have raised a case to Telstra and they have advised no known outages.
