[AusNOG] TPG NBN congestion

Hey!

Is anyone else on TPG noticing congestion during peak times on their
network?

I have been dealing with them since mid November in relation to sub 30mbps
download on a 100/40 NBN connection during peak times.

I've done all their tests they've asked of me and their response is
'there's nothing wrong with our network and we're in talks with NBNco'
(which I find to be a fob off answer)

Was wondering if anyone else was noticing this through their network or
whether it was just congestion in the Newcastle area?

Also, if anyone from TPG engineering team is on this list, could you
contact me off list.
