Anyone seen the news on price drops?


Just read tomorrow's Australian front page (preview sent by email) with the main story being about both tail and what looks like the CVC charge discounts..  detail is unreadable, but looks like new CVC charge to be $8 and faster connections to drop by 27%.  It also looks like the tails will come with some CVC included..
