Agreed. One of the things that IS explicitly stated elsewhere is that we 
have an obligation to assist law enforcement officers, while walking a 
possibly fine line between not breaking privacy and disclosure laws. If 
all other conditions are met, I doubt that providing the information in 
Swahili, encrypted or otherwise obfuscated would be considered satisfying 
your obligations.

That said, I don't believe there's any obligation on us to decode, 
summarise or explain (for example) flow logs or maillogs.
