[AusNOG] Telstra Cloud outgoing mail server "HELO" fix if there is anyone from Telstra who can assist

I have a customer who is is trying to send email via Telstra Cloud. The receiving mail server has the following in the log (email addresses removed);

postfix/smtpd[24170]: NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from smtp-out.cloud.telstra.net[58.162.64.200]: 450 4.7.1 <lxmgt0038.cloud.telstra.net>: Helo command rejected: Host not found; from=<SOME_POOR_SENDER at A_VICTORIAN_shire.vic.gov.au> to=<SOME_POOR_SOD at SOMEDESTINATION.com.au> proto=ESMTP helo=<lxmgt0038.cloud.telstra.net>

>From my spot on the Interweb of many things the hostname "lxmgt0038.cloud.telstra.net" does not resolve.

Anyone up there on the Telstra cloud assist with fixing the server HELO to a resolving hostname?
