[AusNOG] First provisioning on FTTN

-1 for both:

VLAN 802.1p

&

VLAN Mux ID

To which the description is For untagged service, set -1 to both 802.1P
Priority and 802.1Q VLAN ID.

AAPT is providing the connection back to our Provider.
