+1 to Sean's comments.

If you're expecting experienced staff with a skills mix like that,
you'll have to do a lot better than $100K, especially in Sydney.
Probably better than $150K.  You're competing with Google & Amazon's
recruiters, and international companies who are predominantly distributed.

I've seen multiple jobs of that general description going in Brisbane
for around $100K and I think they'll have a pretty hard time filling
them, given the sort of salary people with that skillset can command.  I
certainly don't give them a 2nd look.
