Thanks for that. I highly recommend testing for job skills. 

I’m assuming Scott was trolling but I’m happy to tentatively put him on the list of RMS wannabes and other similar annoying people.

Always try hard to hire people with a better skill set than your own and who don’t waste your money fighting their own philosophical wars.
