[AusNOG] AU based per ISP monitoring

Hi, is anyone in AU doing monitoring per city and/or per ISP e.g. Telstra in Melbourne, Optus in Perth etc

We have a requirement to monitor our sites but we need a sample of local ISPs distributed over AU

If you are doing this; did you roll your own say ADSL links or is there a 3rd party which offer anything like this?
