Hi,

Apologies for the noise.

If there's any Telstra/Bigpond staff on here who understand how email
routing works in Telstra/Bigpond land can you please contact me off list.

Quick capsule summary: The mail routing config for @bigpond.com accounts
which are/appear to be on Hotmail/outlook.com infrastructure breaks SPF
based validation for the original sender address.
