[AusNOG] NBN Tasmania

Howdy,

The BassLink interconnector cable, including the fibre, is to be cut and
rejoined in February/March [0].
This means that anyone who has insufficient backup capacity with Telstra or
a Telstra wholesaler is going to have a bunch of unhappy Tasmanian
customers.
Probably not the cause of the issues right now, unless it's related to any
contingency plan changes underway.
