Yeap. Same issue. No one seems listening @ Foxtel. Trying to get them to fix this issue for a while now

Same here! I haven’t found anyone to help me yet. They obviously have their own geolocation “whitelist” that they never update. My users have to use their 3G/4G to signup, the silly thing is once signed up they can use Foxtel Go perfectly fine.

Cheers.

Subject: [AusNOG] Issue With IP Range Blocked By Foxtel

Hey Guys

Is there anyone from Foxtel IT Department on this list. We have been trying to get our complete IP range unblocked from access to Foxtel Online Services and have been trying to get this done now via the normal process for the last three months and with no success.

Latest response from Foxtel was quite assuming....... Please see below

Thank you for the reply. We have contacted our IT department who have advised they are still investigating this issue and are working to provide access to the mentioned IP range. Unfortunately this is not a quick process and will take some time to execute the required procedures.

We have advised IT that this is a high priority situation and they are working have this resolved as soon as possible.

We apologise again for the inconvenience and will continue to strive to get this resolved.

Regards

Andrew
