or 277/s ~300/s as mentioned previously, which seems something a $50000/mo
hosted ecommerce site would be able to handle assuming a similar ~10 minute
to do the Census vs 10 minutes shopping..?

Would be interesting to get an analysis from Arbor or Cloudflare types on
what potentially went wrong..
