Thanks Skeeve.  That list mostly pipe'd in nicely into my postfix      
access_sender_regex      TLD reject list :-)

But yes, I think the idea of TLDs being a reflection of the country of 
operation is now completely irrelevant and there is no going back to the 
way that TLDs were originally intended to work.
