[AusNOG] Semi-Off-list | Porting NBN phone number to another VoIP carrier

Guys,

We have spent months trying to have a number ported from a Telstra NBN /
TIPT to an external VoIP provider.

Each application Telstra come back with a different reason as to why they
cannot facilitate the port.

Has anyone had any experience with a similar situation and had success?
