Have a chat to you're account manager at TPG. They should be able to
sort something out.
AAPT provide this service as well, but as they are now owned by TPG its
TPG that now handle all service requests.
Because of the contracts for these services that TPG have in place you
need to go through the account managers at TPG and they can place a
request with AWS.
You could always sign up as a direct customer of AWS and become a
partner, that way you get direct support from AWS without the middle
men, or if you want support from an Australian provider, talk to the
Megaport guys as they offer these services as well.
But if you still have a bit to go on your agreement with TPG maybe chat
to the account managers first.
