Click through each of the ISP's and check the traffic patterns during peak
hours 4pm - 11pm roughly.

Wonder whats going on with some of these ISP?  Some have huge dips and
others don't. Whilst this doesn't tell the whole story, it's an interesting
datapoint for my personal ISP selection criteria.

Another useful bit of data, here is netflix quality
