[AusNOG] Superloop to buy APEXnetworks for $5.8m

If I've said it once I've said it a hundred times - you cannot be a network
engineer in 2015 without being a developer. Not even just a coder, an
actual developer.

I can't even count the number of people who've told me they'd buy Apex for
their NMS alone. It's the kind of thing that you could throw tens of
thousands of development-hours into and still not achieve the result you're
looking for, because ultimately you need someone who intimately understands
the network /and/ the software to do it. And there aren't many of those.

You could spent $10m on developers and still not get what Apex has.

$5.8m, and it comes with a free network? Bargain.
