Shenzhen Gigalight have been supplying excellent CWDM kit directly into
AU/NZ for at least 7 years, possibly more. http://www.gigalight.com.cn/

CityLink use Gigalight on their fibre. I've used Gigalight DWDM
mux+circulator packages with Chorus dark fibre. It's good stuff.
