Exactly, its not just ISPs doing this either, the web hosting industry 
has had a lot of this going on for a while now.
Melbourne IT have been buying out a lot of companies.
Its a fantastic growth strategy though particularly in a highly 
competitive market such as the web hosting and ISP space.
